Me and my niece decided we'd go to the casino to play slots, and figured because we were their already we would try out the buffet.

I'm telling you that is the worst meal i've ever had, and if i was an employee their i would have been disgusted on having to cut and serve their meat.

The only good tasting item out of that whole meal was the chocolate ice cream, and the tea now that doesn't say to much for the buffet.

Providing the hotel is so beautiful, the employees should take way more pride in their meals they prepare then what they do.

Winnipeg, Manitoba. Very clean, quiet and courteous. We had a great stay at the South Beach Casino and Resort Hotel. The staff was very attentive and courteous.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The pool was awesome. We enjoyed the casino action.

Spent three nights at South Beach and can't say enough about how great the experience was. From the time we walked in the front door to the time we left, we were treated royally.

The rooms were exceptional having been sanitized prior to our stay. There were no items in the room, ie coffee maker, ironing board, iron due to COVID, but all items were quickly brought on request.

Both the hotel and the casino went above and beyond our expectations for doing everything they can during the crisis.

Great days at the beach. Just finished a 3 night stay at South Beach. We had a fantastic time. After being in lockdown for so long due to the pandemic this was such a wonderful and needed break.

South Beach is doing all that they can to ensure the safety of guests and staff with social distancing, continuous cleaning and disinfecting, and other safety procedures in place.

We felt comfortable and well looked after. The staff was excellent, friendly and efficient, as always. Great service is pretty much routine here and they rarely disappoint.

The staff always makes us feel so welcomed. We are so glad we took this getaway. We will definitely return, highly recommended! Date of stay: July Trip type: Travelled as a couple.

South Beach is a very clean, very friendly and a good sense of humor with ALL STAFF, I cannot say enough about the staff, it's like walking into a family reunion where family don't see each other for a long time and when they see you, it is the best place to be, very friendly, kind caring and understanding, the first thing you see when you walk in the door are smiling, welcoming faces.
